Please review your order upon receipt if you find a discrepancy,

All items must be returned in their original condition
including tags and packaging. Garments
that are customized including embroidery, emblems, or silk-screening are not
returnable. Garments that have been worn
or washed, are not returnable, including shoes and hosiery. All returns and exchanges must be made within
30 days of receipt. Orders can be
returned or exchanged in our Pittsburgh area retail locations or can be mailed
back to us at the address below.
Upon receipt and following inspection of your items: For an exchange – Your new order will be
entered and shipped to you. Shipping
charges apply. For a return – A refund
or store credit will be issued to you. Returns/Exchanges made by Payroll Deduction or
by Company Allowance will be for store credit only. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
